Working with communities to form a watershed association
Working with organizations and communities to develop, implement and maintain:

  • Watershed Projects
  • Watershed Management Plans
  • Effective Steering Committees or Boards of Directors/Trustees

Working with organizations and Boards of Directors to help them achieve Watershed Project and/or
Management Plan Goals

Working with Boards of Directors/Trustees, Steering Committees, Watershed Associations,
Towns and Communities to assist in reaching consensus amongst stakeholders


Assist Organizations in the Formation, Development and Maintenance of a Watershed
Association and Watershed Management Plan, including but not limited to:

  • Pollution Source Evaluation
  • Restoration Needs Analysis
  • Restoration Strategic Planning
  • Procuring Policy and Procedure Manuals for Restoration Phase
  • Procuring Policy and Procedure Manuals for Maintenance Phase
  • Establishing Public Outreach Programs
  • Funding analysis
  • Assistance with the grant-writing process funding procurement consistent with
    goals

Assist Organizations in developing a Government Affairs Program and establishing
a Political Strategic Plan for Waterway Clean-up Goals

Provide Lobbying for the Organization As Permitted Under 501(c)(3) Organizations
and Applicable Lobbying Rules

Assist Organizations in Public Relations and media exposure as it pertains to government affairs and Waterway
Clean-up Goals.
