Monica Coleman, JD, a watershed management
troubleshooter, has a mission to help communities
throughout North America tackle their waterway clean-up and
marine wildlife conservation efforts. Coupled with the extensive
expertise of Public Sector Consulting Group (PSCG), where Ms. Coleman is
an Associate, she is able to assist local governments, watershed associations, and
communities in every aspect of watershed management. Ms. Coleman, through the Let's Talk Waterways Program and PSCG, provides such services as assisting in starting a watershed association, developing a watershed management plan, empowering steering committees or Board members, mediating and negotiating a consensus amongst stakeholders, providing government affairs advocacy, and finding funding for projects. Ms. Coleman stands ready to provide assistance in
these areas in a way that promotes efficient, economical solutions.
